The priSM Institute® is pleased to announce the addition of the ITIL® Master to the certification and qualification schemes.

The ITIL® Master will fulfill the two (2) certificate requirement at the Professional and Distinguished Professional credential level for the initial application. For the annual requirement, the ITIL® Master is worth 24 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits. With the addition of the ITIL® Master, all courses within the ITIL® v3 schema are now included in the priSM® program.
