What replaces what when the imported layer thins — taught as judgment, not as a recipe brand.
Substitution is a moral and technical question. A people who cannot tell a staple from a snack will be farmed by whoever still ships.
This course, when it exists, will sit downstream of the food-systems research. It will not begin with a product.
