Which systems hold when trade, fuel, fertilizer, or currency are stressed — and which only look like they hold.
This room is the practice’s first question. Not whether a people will starve in the abstract, but which categories they can keep producing, at what price, when the imported layer of the system is strained.
The Dominican Republic is the current theater: a record agricultural year, concentrated vulnerability, and a map of chokepoints. The method is portable. The country is not the brand.
Nothing here is a targeting map, a secret, or a finished product. Intelligence first. Then trials. Then, if earned, commerce.
